Register

Register an account at our registration page by clicking here.

Payment

After registering you must choose a payment option based on your marital status. Our estate plans cost either $795.00 or $995.00.

Answer

After payment, you will be prompted to complete our online Question and Answer session. The Q&A session may take 30-45 minutes. Ensure that you save your answers periodically so that can log-in at a later time in the event you need to gather more information or just simply need more time.

Review

Once you complete our Q&A, your answers will be emailed to you for your review. Read carefully through your answers so that they address your wishes and there are no spelling or informational errors.  Take note of any changes that need to be made so that you can address them in the next step.

Phone

An email will be sent to you with a few date and time options to speak with one of our attorneys. Our attorney will go through your answers and follow-up with you on any outstanding information they need to complete your estate plan. After our attorneys have all the information they need, they get to work on completing your customized estate plan.

Execute

An email will be sent to you within 2 weeks of completion of the interview with your full estate plan documents and instructions on how to make it effective.
